Switching Energy Plans is Easy!
We’ve talked a lot about CHOOSING a supplier like Provision, but what about switching?
Click here to see exactly which plans are available in your area. Once you choose a plan (or 2, if natural gas and electricity are available in your area!), simply enter your information on the form, click submit, and you’re done.
From there, we’ll send your request to enroll to your utility. This lets them know you want Carbon Better™ energy supply from Provision. We’ll work directly with your utility to make the switch happen.
Next, we’ll find out your expected service start date, and we’ll send you an email with that information as soon as we know.
Then, we’ll just wait for your start date to arrive! Once we know your Carbon Better™ energy is flowing, we’ll send you another email to let you know you’ve started making a difference.
After that, you’re just waiting for your first Impact Update! We send those around the 28th of each month, and you’ll be able to watch your positive impact grow.
