Will I change my utility if I choose a supplier?

You will always remain a full-service customer of your local distribution utility when you choose a supplier, and you will not experience any interruption of service. Though Provision never charges customers for switching, your current supplier or utility may, so make sure you check that out before you switch. Once you’re our customer, we’ll work together to make sure you stay on the best possible plan for you, and we’ll never hang high fees over your head to force you to stay with us.
